Today did not feel like a Tuesday.

In mind it was either Monday or Wednesday depending on the time of day. Hmmm…strange.
Morning Mind –> definitely Wednesday. I was wishfully thinking the work week was halfway over already.
Noon Mind –> fo’ sure Monday. I realized that I have eight hundred and seventy two tasks to complete before the weekend. The thought of having an extra day to squeeze in one or two more tasks made me jump for joy.
Afternoon Mind –> back to Wednesday. The snowfall today made me excited to snow ski again this weekend!
Evening Mind –> once again, Monday. Do you realize that this coming weekend is the last one of January? Holy.Mother.of.Balls.
You know what, after reading those four sentences, I am pretty sure I am avoiding the present at all costs. Yikes. Maybe spending more time in the “present” should be on my resolution list for 2012? Clearly I am in need of some mediation or something Buddha-y.
Okay…..“and we’re walking”…….
My work outfit today matched the snowy weather to the tee. You know, a little black/white/grey action.
Striped Black/White/Grey oxford: Express
Black pants: Express
Black belt: Ralph Lauren
Black pumps: Steve Madden
After work I stopped by Target to pickup a few households items. Just out of curiosity, do you buy all of your groceries and household products at one store or split them between many? I split for sure.
Meat and Produce = Whole Foods
Toilet Paper, Body Wash, Windex, and Chicken Stock = Target
Stubbs barbecue sauce and other specialty condiments = Safeway
Wine and beer = World Market
Once home, I did a little stretching. Believe it or not, my legs are still sore after Sundays powder day. I have a long way to go until my tookus is in shape for non-ice skiing.
Dinner tonight is one of Mr. B’s favorites – Naan Supreme Pizza (get the recipe here!) I love making these pizzas because it only takes about 15-20 minutes to make and it’s super flavorful. To keep things healthy, you can always use turkey sausage and whole wheat naan.
Where did that picture come from?
Adios!
