Reasons why I love Taco Night…
– Dinner is on the table in less then twenty minutes
– Condiments are endless
– One pot clean up
– Great leftovers…might I recommend nachos
– All of the colorful vegetables
Tacos can be done in three easy steps.
1.) Chop and saute you vegetables.
2.) Mix spices and ground beef in a bowl. Brown the beef.
3.) Combine the ground beef and vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture, and toss to combine.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 large onion, chopped
2 medium red peppers, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 cup of shredded cheese
1 1b. of ground beef
Spices – add or minus, depending on what your palate desires
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of coriander
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
Tomatoes, for garnish
Sour cream, for garnish
Guacamole, for garnish
Salsa, for garnish
Jalapenos, for garnish
In a bowl combine all the spices and ground beef. Heat a skillet to medium high heat and brown the beef. Take the beef off the skillet and let in drain on a paper towel. In the meantime, chop all the vegetables and return to same skillet and saute. Once vegetables are done, add the ground beef, and heat through. Sprinkle cheese on top, stir to combine.
Serve any way your heart desires!
