Today is a very special day, indeed. We are celebrating the fabulous, two-snaps around the world, bourbon-loving, dessert-for-two specializer; I’m talking about the wonderful Christina, author of the blog Dessert for Two and her soon-to-be bundle of joy!

Christina, in a few short weeks, will be having a girl and I couldn’t be more excited for her. Christina is as nice as the day is long so to have another version of her walking around this planet is a true gift. This tater tot casserole doesn’t take long to whip up and I’ve thrown in some ground turkey because it’s all about balance right? Topped with a little fontina cheese, it’s tot-alicious.
