Raspberry Mango Protein Smoothie is a delicious smoothie bursting with flavor! 

Are we ready? 

For the new year that is. 

I’m like 50/50 right now. With both holidays falling on a Wednesday, I’m ready to get my days in order. But on the other side, I’m struggling to get traction. I feel like I have 4,597 things to do and no time to do them in. Do you feel this way? Or is that the normal “I need to do everything” feeling going into the new year? I dunno. 

I should state for the record that I am ready for 2020. 2019 was all about being pregnant and adjusting our lives with Charlie. Now, I’m ready to get back to work, work. I’m still working out the kinks, but what I will say……GET READY for SOME CHANGES.

Over these past couple of months I’ve been visualizing where I want to take this blog. I’ve been writing and producing content for over 10 years!! Whoa baby. I’ve changed since I hit publish on my first post and that’s a good thing. I’ve changed since last year. What I’m trying to say is that I want to get back to what I’m really good at. Things like sharing fun experiences around Colorado, traveling as a family (we are doing a lot of this!!), cooking really tasty f$cking food, partnering with brands that provide you guys with amazing products, diving into fashion and most importantly, mental health. 

Oh! There is one more thing coming down the pike, but more on that later. It’s a big one that will take more than a blog post to convey. So, hang with me! 

Until then let’s kick this new year off with something that I basically make every morning. I didn’t get on the smoothie train until last year, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve got a ton of different flavor combos in my arsenal, but this Raspberry Mango Protein Smoothie is a fav.

Made with frozen raspberries, mango, protein powder (I use Vital Proteins), pinch of cinnamon, and almond milk. Blend it up, pour it into a glass and sip some sunshine.

Alright, let’s do this 2020!

Raspberry Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 scoops Vital Protein powder
  • pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Garnish with pineapple and raspberries if desired.
